Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant cum Purchasing Officer to support our daily operations. This role combines general administrative duties with procurement responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling
- Handle office inventory, stationery, and pantry supplies
- Assist with sourcing, comparing quotations, and placing orders with suppliers
- Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier invoices
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, and deliveries
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and cost control
- Support project teams with documentation and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin or purchasing roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
