We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will handle a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to preparing reports and maintaining records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital).
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Support office operations including ordering supplies and coordinating vendors.
Assist with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
