Job Description
- Provide assistance & administrative support to Manager and team
- Assisting in planning, organising and executing advisory appointments
- Update clients financial portfolio
- Providing support for processing client service needs.
- Messaging, emailing and calling new & existing clients.
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Handling recruitment applications, correspondence, and documents
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required
