- Administrative Support• Filing, sorting, and maintaining documents• Data entry and record-keeping• Scanning, photocopying, and printing documents
- Reception & Communication• Answering phone calls and emails• Handling incoming and outgoing mail• Greeting visitors or clients and guiding them accordingly
- Document Preparation• Preparing letters, reports, and basic spreadsheets• Assisting with invoice and billing documentation• Typing and formatting standard documents
- Coordination Tasks• Scheduling appointments and meetings• Coordinating with other departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Operations)
- Office Supplies & Inventory• Monitoring and ordering office supplies• Keeping stock records and petty cash tracking (if required)• Assisting with site documentation and permit tracking• Updating attendance or manpower records• Liaising with subcontractors on document submissions• Maintaining safety and inspection logs
- Skills Required• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)• Good communication and organizational skills• Attention to detail and ability to multitask• Familiarity with office equipment and clerical procedures
