Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including document management, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Handle and coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Monitor and ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking purchases and expenses related to materials and supplies.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoices, payment terms, and purchase orders.
- Maintain a good relationship with external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure proper record-keeping for audits. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:
- GCE 'O' Level or higher; a diploma in business administration or related fields
- 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication abilities.
