Job Scope:
- Handle general administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations based on Sales Dept needs.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to support smooth communication and collaboration.
- Accurately maintain client databases and project documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Provide admin & accounts support like data entry, filing, and schedule updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery of goods.
- Take charge of internal company billings matters.
- Keep track of payments collections & outstanding balance.
Job Requirements:
- Able to multitasking.
- Accounting background welcome to apply, on job training is provided.
- Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
