KEYfields Pte Ltd is an award-winning provider of warehouse and logistics management solutions across Asia. We are currently looking for a dedicated and multi-skilled Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our Singapore team.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative and Accounts:
Manage office administration and daily operations
Handle HR duties including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and leave tracking
Answer phone calls, handle enquiries
Maintain employee records and support HR policy implementation
Liaise with government bodies (MOM, IRAS & etc.) for HR-related matters
Handle daily accounting operations.
Responsible for basic accounts receivable and accounts payable
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Assist in expense tracking
Ad-hoc Administrative Duties for example: Purchasing office items supplies, Documentation and Filing, etc
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in admin and accounting
Familiar with Singapore's employment laws and accounting practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
A team player
Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, training provided
