We are a corporate secretarial and accountancy firm providing business advisory services to SMEs, corporates, and high net-worth individuals.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate secretarial duties and supporting internal teams in company secretarial matters
- Assist in liaison for opening of bank accounts for clients
- Administration of proper documents and records
- Assist in monthly payroll duties
- Follow up on emails and keep track of deadlines for client requests
- Preparation of invoices and follow up on payments
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills Needed
- Min GCE N/O/A levels or ITE or Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in corporate secretarial or administrative fields
- Highly organised and meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in both verbal and written communication, when engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative
- Able to work in fast paced environment
