Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned, including proper documentation, filing, and scanning, data entry and updating records in the system etc.
- Plan daily/weekly/monthly production plan to ensure orders are all fulfilled.
- Prepare duty roster to ensure enough manpower.
- Place purchase order based on the production needs.
- Respond to general enquiries via phone and email and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in generating reports, quotations, sales orders, and invoices, and send them to the respective stakeholders.
- Arrange logistic for order delivery.
- Coordinate with colleagues regarding internal billing and order matters.
- Order and maintain office stationery supplies.
- Maintain stock inventory and month end stocktake.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum N level and above qualification.
- Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or sales support in F&B organisations (entry-level candidates welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft/ WPS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic invoicing and quotation processes will be an added advantage.
- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
