Responsibilities
- Process customer’s orders timely and accurately
- Handle customer’s enquiries and provide sales quotations
- Efficient and smooth handling of customers’ request
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication
- Prepare Job Costing upon receipt of Proof of Deliveries (POD)
- Ensure all POD are returned on same day or latest tomorrow
- Ensure all good returns are returned accordingly to schedule
- Handling of cargo documentation (Import/Export)
- Prepare delivery reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per request)
- Work closely with Operation Executive and Operation Supervisor for POD and Invoices
