We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle document control tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining proper records.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities.
- Support HQ colleagues and visitors with travel arrangements, including flight ticket purchases and hotel bookings.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and update inventory records.
- Manage asset labelling and ensure accurate tracking of all company assets.
- Coordinate and distribute internal company letters and documents.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and arrange repair maintenance.
- Assist with company's internal sales.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
