Working Days & hours: Monday to Friday | (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Job Description
- Handle incoming calls
- Attend to walk in visitors
- Assist and support HR department with recruitment activities (Training will be provided)
- Perform administrative duties such as filing of documentation.
- Assisting in simple payroll matters (Training will be provided)
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma holder
- With good communication skills
- Proficient in MS office.
- Willing to learn and hardworking.
- Have a pleasant personality and a team player.
- Able to start immediate
