We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Programme Admin Executive to support the successful delivery of workforce and business-related initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing programme administration, grant management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth operations and compliance with funding requirements.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, and a passion for supporting workforce and industry development.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Administration
- Coordinate and manage programmes in collaboration with internal teams, industry partners, and relevant agencies.
- Oversee the full application process, ensuring compliance with eligibility and funding requirements.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, consolidate reports, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
Grant Management
- Administer grant-related processes, including claims review, salary support verification, and responding to employer enquiries.
- Monitor and track grant disbursements in coordination with Finance, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, monitor claims, and prepare reports for management review.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Project & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support for projects, outreach efforts, and events.
- Assist in logistics planning, participant registration, and manpower coordination.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by senior management to advance organisational objectives.
