Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Process refunds timely.
- Follow-up on Accident/Incident Insurance case/claims.
- Manage Company Fleet logistics
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min ‘O’/ ‘A’/ Diploma.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
