Responsibilities
Able to assist the company for administrative matters
- Able to assist in some HR and IT admin tasks, filing of documents for workers, purchasing of staff items, issuing/returning of office and IT equipment etc.
- Managing office renovation, maintenance services, pantry supplies, paper supplies, staff items
- Assist the directors for admin matters
- Organize company events
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience is required for this position
- Required to work 5.5 days
