Job Scope:
- Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, including the timely distribution of agenda packages to Committee members.
- Draft accurate and comprehensive minutes for various Committee meetings as assigned.
- Organize and maintain the Club’s overall meeting schedule, including monthly and ad-hoc meetings.
- Support the administration of corporate secretarial tasks and general administrative functions of the Club.
- Assist in the handling of disciplinary matters and participate in disciplinary hearings when required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the organization’s operations.
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm.
Salary: Up to $4,500
