We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin (Junior Executive) to join our growing team at Debia. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, and will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and supportive in maintaining a productive workplace.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Managing office inventories, stationery, and pantry supplies.
- Coordinating office maintenance and liaising with vendors/service providers.
- Assisting with general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Supporting HR and Finance teams in basic administrative tasks.
- Ensuring a clean, organised, and well-functioning office environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary : S$2,000 – S$3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
