Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced enviroment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on orders
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and inventory
- Handle office administrative tasks such as filling, answering calls, and scheduling
