Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Support Executive to assist our sales and after-sales team with administrative, invoicing, and customer-related tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and after-sales team
Assist the sales team in handing customer general enquiries, generating accurate quotations and managing follow-ups on outstanding orders.
Assist the after-sales team in maintaining and follow-up service contract and renewal.
Issue Delivery Order, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain office consumables inventory & order supplies when necessary
Assist with call, general office administration and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Proficiency in English.
Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome
Strong attention to detail and basic MS Office or software knowledge
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Good communication and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
