Administration Officer, Fleet Management
Responsibilities
- Maintain keypress file-based vouchers and key return/issue slips
- Seek waivers after billing
- Administer test drive vehicle movements
- Perform assessment of accident repairs via VACS
- Update and track courtesy vehicle movements
- Handle general administrative duties related to Fleet Management e,g echo sign for invoices
- Manage vehicle registration and deregistration
- Process deferments for vehicle inspection and road tax renewal
- Prepare weekly Withdrawal/Termination reports
- Raise system entries for eSVP, PR, RFI, RCN, and ACO
Qualifications & Work Experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Microsft Office / Computer Literacy
- Good communicaton skills
Qualifications/Certifications Required
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or Equivalent
