Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support our management team and daily operations. You will oversee administrative functions, coordinate across departments, and help ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and support management in scheduling and coordination.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records in compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist with HR support, including onboarding, records management, and training coordination.
- Handle inquiries, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Support company events, meetings, and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in administration or executive support (fresh grads with strong potential may apply).
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English required.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools a plus.
- Team player, able to work independently, with flexibility to support business needs.
