- Coordinating manager’s travel plans
Sales Support
Acquire product knowledge- Travel occasionally to support exhibitions or client events
Product Coordination
Coordinate and assist with product demo video production- Liaise with the creative agency for related deliverables
Marketing Coordination
Update and maintain content on the company website- Coordinate design and production of marketing materials, including exhibition posters and promotional flyers
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
