Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Game Mathematician to design, prototype, and balance mathematical models for games, working closely with designers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and tune game math models using Excel
- Prototype and test game flow and balance
- Run simulations to verify model accuracy
- Analyze game data and player feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Math, Stats, CS, Game Design, or related field.
- 2+ years in game development or math model design
- Strong in probability, statistics, and Excel
- Programming skills (C/C++ or similar); Unity a plus
- Passion for games and creative problem-solving
