Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, recommend courses, manage student enrollment, and ensure timely fee collection.
- Promote courses through social media, events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students to support engagement, retention, and re-enrollments.
- Create marketing content and collect student success stories for promotion.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor offerings, and analyze enrollment and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, especially in Chinese.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or education is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing.
- Able to work both weekends (44 hours/week)
