We are currently looking for a After Sales Service Lead- Upstream/Downstream Equipments to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities
- Lead service operations for a wide range of upstream and downstream pharmaceutical process equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage technical service across multiple OEM product lines—bioreactors, CIP/SIP systems, filtration units, granulators, and more—requiring strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Act as the technical bridge between clients, internal teams, and equipment manufacturers to ensure high-quality post-sales support and service continuity.
- Navigate the unique challenges of a distributor environment by balancing multiple equipment brands and customer expectations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Interpret and implement diverse OEM manuals, service bulletins, and training materials to maintain technical excellence across product lines.
- Train, mentor, and support junior service engineers while maintaining service documentation, SOPs, and performance records.
- Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical equipment servicing, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a flexible, self-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in a distributor setting is highly preferred; strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success.
