Coupled with partnerships with DBS CIO Office, DBS Group Research and Desk Analyst, we strive to provide our Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors suitable products and solutions, taking advantage of market conditions to maximise potential return for our clients.Key Accountabilities* Generate trade ideas and structured product solutions linked to equity, fixed income, and mutual funds instruments.* Presenting trade ideas to RMs and ICs, to maximize marketing impact.* Close working relationships with Investment Counsellors to enhance their focus and sales volumes of investment products.* Automation of processes and data analytics for business planning* Follow-up, timely and accurate performance reporting of existing productsJob Duties & Responsibilities* Assisting with structured products pricing and preparing daily marketing materials for structured product ideas* Market product ideas to RMs and ICs, conduct weekly product idea presentations and assisting on client query & request* Develop and enhance relationships with RMs and ICs through understanding of their needs for marketing efforts and assist them with client query and request.* Design robust and accurate system to track recommendations made and the performance of these, with a view to achieving a high success rate for the recommendations.* Compile daily product ideas and equity & bond IPO launches for dissemination to marketing teams.* Conduct data analysis for business planning using Tableau, Excel, VBA, and Bloomberg* Co-ordinating products briefing, teach-in, investor conferences, roadshow, etc.* Co-ordinating automation efforts of various workflow, processes, and system enhancements* Assisting Dealers with booking of tradesRequirements* Self-directed, highly motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Attention to detail with logical thought process, superior time management and organizational skills* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various business, risk and support functions* Ability to work under pressure, manage and coordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously and effectively resolve issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery* Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage project related risks and issues* Good understanding of selling and regulatory requirements of investment products* Knowledge of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance and controlApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.-en
