Your Challenges
- Develop and lead the execution of the annual marketing plan. Align with cross functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets of assigned portfolio and organisational goals.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to adapt global content, campaign frameworks and sales enablement materials according to guidelines (for products, customers, application segments) and implement in region.
- Execute marketing activities, campaigns and promotions in alignment with portfolio strategies and with respect to driving growth through ETMs & Strategic Partners in Singapore. In addition, collaborate with regional marketing colleagues on synergistic/cross product initiatives, e.g. segment or workflow focus.
- Create impactful product launch plans and develop go to market strategies based on growth opportunities. Effectively execute launch campaigns and delivery of marketing materials and messaging. Lead local launch activities, monitor and drive market uptake.
- Product management across the product lifecycle. Develop local list pricing, manage inventory levels and the communication of product related announcements.
- Gain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competition and emerging topics and provide insights and market updates to key stakeholders including the Head Quarters (Hamburg).
- Selection and participation of industry events, conferences and customer facing activities aligned with the marketing plan. Collaboration with marketing realisation for the planning and execution of events.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance and effectiveness with a focus on positive ROI. Ensure leads are captured and systematically managed in the CRM.
- Analyse product performance data (revenue/pipelines/sales trends) and develop corrective actions to improve performance where required.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Support to ensure that effective trainings, webinars, sales enablement materials are being developed for the commercial team.
- Engage with sales to conduct co-customer visits and identify/develop reference customers and brand ambassadors.
- Adhere to quality system procedures in accordance with local regulations or requirements
