Main Objective
Lead a team of demand planners across APAC to develop accurate demand plans.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to reduce inventory costs and optimize customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor APAC demand planners; set performance goals.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with APAC and global planning teams to standardize processes.
- Integrate new product launches into demand planning with Marketing.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Work with Supply Planning to align forecasts with executable plans and budgets.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in forecasting.
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and demand reviews.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
- Travel requirement: up to 25%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain.
- APICS or similar supply chain certification preferred.
- Regional APAC experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of business experience, including:
- 4+ years in people management
- 5+ years in supply chain
- SAP knowledge is a plus.

- Expertise in demand management and forecasting tools.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team collaboration skills.
