The System Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving product adoption, user satisfaction and loyalty of our transaction platform, building relationships with regional cross-functional teams, managing market voice, and influencing the Product team with market feedback & insights.
The APAC System Strategy Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for our CRM and transaction systems among other internal platforms across the APAC market. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and the implementation of innovative strategies to drive adoption and maximize revenue. The role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex markets and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Development and implementation of comprehensive GTM strategy for the CRM and transaction systems across APAC. This includes setting guidelines for data management, user behavior, content management, permission protocols and enablement.
2.Working with different departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with broader organizational goals and strategies. Managing user engagement and support; addressing user concerns, providing support and escalation, facilitating user engagement to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
3.Define and segment the target market to tailor strategies effectively for different customer, market, and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams including product management, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
4.Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels and materials, providing ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to drive CRM adoption and customer success.
5.Develop and implement sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to sell the CRM system effectively.
6.Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
7.Analyze campaign performance and market feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
