Responsibilities
- To understand customer needs, challenges and goals related to automation products.
- Design, develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customer including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and answering product-related questions.
- Prepare technical proposal and product demonstration.
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
- Project management and programming on automation products.
Skills
- A good foundation in relevant technical fields, such as software development, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering and a strong keen interest in automation.
- Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to adapt and develop PLC and HMI program to customer’s requirements and technologies.
- Resourceful, organized and maintain good documentation with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to be independent and self-driven to analyse and troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
