JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
- Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
- Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
.Handling technical and engineering problems on site
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects
- BCSS certificate is a must.
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
