Key Responsibilities: As a member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior architects on planning, designing, and implementing airport-related projects.
- Generating high-quality architectural designs and solutions, encompassing conceptualization, plan development, graphic creation, documentation, and specification preparation.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, contractors, and workers, to address design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress to uphold contractual agreements and schedules.
- Participating in project, technical, and consultant meetings as needed.
- Undertaking additional duties, including participation in design competitions, as assigned.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Previous internships or local work experience are advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing Professional Architectural accreditation, with support provided.
- Strong project management, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Revit/ArchiCad/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective written, oral, and graphic communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with local authorities' regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens.
