- Supervise and coordinate all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Ability to review project specifications and technical clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies.
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Close coordination and communication of work with managers, project staff, consultants and clients.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in HDB architectural works
- Able to work independently and in a team
