To keep up with strong growth in South East Asia countries, we are looking for our Area Manager (M/F) based in Singapore. You report directly to the Sales Manager South Asia and work closely with techncial advisors to develop Bridor’s activities and participate to the excellent reputation of the brand in your area.
Your main responsibilities include :
- In an area with strong development potential, be responsible for designing and implementing the sales strategy in different channels (Foodservice and Retail), in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing policy.
- Negotiate annual agreements and develop turnover, unit sales and account profitability.
- Develop new accounts and ensure adherence to industry agreements.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee client accounts with the supporting departments (logistic, controlling and marketing).
- Develop the current range of products and propose new items based on the needs of each client.
- Follow and collect information about foodservice and retail markets in Asian countries.
Advanced-level degree
Relevant experience in a sales / negotiating position in the agro-food industry
- Ideally in the world of pastries and bread, especially for gastronomic and/or renowned brands
- Ideally experienced in both Retail and Foodservice channels
Strong negotiating skills
Strong self-orientation on achieving results
Autonomy, ability to plan and organize your own work
Fluent in English
