Job Description (Role and responsibilities)
- Installation of FUJI SMT machine
- Provide after sales technical support.
- On site support or repair. (Schedule as well as Ad hoc)
- Can work flexibly, can accept the need to work overtime, weekends and public holidays depending on business needs.
- Willing to travel to S.E.A region (Mostly to Jakarta and Batam) to provide timely support for our customers
- Provide technical and application support to customer, including product training,
- Required to solve customer’s problem, handle customer’s queries, conduct application demonstration to customers and generate reports.
- Keep up to date of all the products knowledge and status.
- Solve technical and application problems.
- Required strong communication skills to handle customer matters & request in a professional way
- Report Writing - Written technical reports to management.
Position Qualifications
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
- With / Without Experiences
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
