We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites with high expectations . Due to limited resources, this role needs to have hands on roles also. This role combines the demands of physical labor, administrative tasks, and staff supervision—often simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a rotating team of cleaners across various unpredictable shifts
- Respond to complaints and last-minute changes at any hour (including weekends and public holidays)
- Maintain inventory and supplies with a tight budget and little flexibility
- Be on-site early mornings and late evenings to monitor cleaning quality
- Take full responsibility for any cleaning issues—even those outside your control
- Complete reports and handle audits with little training or support
What We Require:
- At least 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities operations
- Degree Holder
- Preferred someone who is a young age
- Strong multitasking skills, as you’ll be doing three roles in one
- Ability to remain calm while being blamed for things you didn’t do
- Willingness to be constantly available—your phone should never be off
- Willingness to accept long hours, unpredictable schedules, and constant pressure
- Exposure to strong cleaning chemicals and stressful environment
