We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join the Group financial planning and analysis (FPA) team. You will be responsible in managing the monthly business review, annual forecasting and budgeting, annual board strategic review and other adhoc projects. You will be working closely with the various business unit heads and reporting directly to the head of Group FPA.
What You'll Do:
- Support the head of Group FP&A in managing key stakeholders
- Ownership for the budgeting and forecasting, including budget consolidation and support cost allocation
- Preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis, and presentation to management
- Business partner to the Group’s corporate functions and key business segments
- Perform financial analysis and financial modelling to support management and shareholder in decision-making
- Subject matter expert for financial planning and reporting processes and system
- Drive continuous improvement for planning/ reporting processes and system
- Undertake adhoc projects
What You'll Need:
- Good degree in Accountancy/ Finance from a recognised university
- Around 12 years relevant experience in management reporting with Big 4 audit experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for details
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and resourceful
- Strong adaptability to different job scopes for internal rotation
- Advanced Microsoft office and financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in SAP BPC 10.1 is an advantage
- Knowledge in consolidation is preferred
