Business Development & Partnership Support
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for FPAS programs, courses, and certifications.
- Support outreach to corporate partners, training providers, and industry stakeholders to promote FPAS offerings.
- Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for events, seminars, roadshows, and engagement sessions.
- Maintain and update business development databases and track partner engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals to support business initiatives.
Certification Department Support
- Provide administrative assistance for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Certification Program.
- Support the processing of candidate applications, enrolments, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate certification records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
- Liaise with candidates and education providers regarding certification requirements and course information.
- Help coordinate examination logistics and manage related communications.
Accounts Department Support
- Assist in invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and payment matters.
