Technical
- Oversee machine performance, conduct daily checks on machine operations, parameters, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure effective repairs and follow-ups are completed.
- Conduct machine setups and equipment/process qualifications.
- Ensure machine efficiency and maintain reject rates within desired limits
- Ensure timely completion of periodic maintenance, calibrations, and servicing.
- Liaise with local suppliers for technical purchases and material needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and collaborate with production and QA teams to address quality initiatives.
- Manage production schedules, stock taking, audits, and team collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and cGMP requirements.
Documentation
- Write reports on product failures, including root cause analysis, and document corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals for machine maintenance, and validation report activities.

Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
