- vPlan and define the complete manufacturing process, starting from raw material intake to final product dispatch.
- Build CNC programs and develop custom fixtures, tools, and inspection gauges.
- Create and update digital work instructions aligned with technical blueprints.
- Run pilot builds and coach shop-floor staff on process execution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Precision/Aerospace Manufacturing industry.
- Strong CNC machining background (milling/turning) with programming know-how.
- Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM systems; Siemens NX.
