We are seeking passionate and dedicated assistant manager to join our new plant based cafe at West Coast Park.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be prepared to deliver the highest standards of service to our guests.
- Master a comprehensive knowledge of our thoughtfully curated food and drink menu to offer tailored recommendations and elevate the guest experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering good service, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Be a team player who will collaborate with colleagues across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring every opportunity to provide exceptional service is met. Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and help foster an environment of learning and development within our team.
Compensations
- Full Time: $2800 - $3200
- Part Time: $16 - $18/hr
Cafe Operating Hours
- Wed - Sun, 7-4pm
