Administration, Management & Finance
Assist the Centre Manager to:
- Oversee day-to-day functions, clients' management, operating cost & finance.
- Monitor corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Co-ordinate collaboration between different programmes/centres to ensure smooth transistion of patient care.
- Formulate & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & work processes.
- Manage public and media relations, including publications & public feedback.
- Facilitate & prepare the team for audits; ensure proper records are kept.
- Co-ordinate department meetings to update staff on operational matters.
- Monitor expenditures & budget; verify payments and to ensure clients are billed correctly.
- Supervise day care team that comprise of nursing aides / healthcare assistants / support staff).
- Ensure there is sufficient manpower for daily operations.
- Review staff performance.
Case Managment
- Assess, review & coordinate multiple health & social support care services to meet the needs of clients.
- Source for financial assistance scheme / subsidy / fund for needy clients.
- Interview clients & families; conduct Mean Testing for admission.
- Assist to assess, evaluate & goal setting for clients.
- Provide basic counselling to clients & their families.
