Job Duties:
- Responsible for timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the assigned portfolio
- Responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards
- Assess impact of changes in financial accounting standards and ensure proper accounting treatment for business activities
- Responsible for audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
- Handle Income tax and GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations and support other tax-related matters
- Identifying process gaps, implement controls, and drive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality of financial reports
- Lead and manage a team of finance executives
- Perform other duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate sector
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently
