Ensure accurate consolidation, SGX compliance, and comprehensive Group financial reporting while supporting key corporate finance functions.
Key responsibilities but not limited to :
- Prepare group financial reporting and consolidation journals.
- Assist in preparation of financial analysis and board reporting.
- Assist in SGX compliance and provide investor relations support.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Accounting policies and regulatory compliance.
- Support group treasury and FX reporting analysis.
- Support and contribute in system improvements and process optimisation. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting.
- Qualified CA or CPA (CA, ACCA and other recognised accounting bodies).
- At least 7 - 9 years relevant working experience in a corporate setting (including Big Four audit firms).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Group-level financial consolidations and reporting.
- Technical accounting knowledge in SFRS/IFRS, SGX reporting, Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Oracle HFM is advantageous.
- Demonstrate hands-on ability, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Diligent, meticulous with high level of integrity.
