You will be part of a team to establish the Leadership Academy, a collaborative effort between MindVibes and our business partner.
Role Description
Your role as the Assistant Programme Designer is both strategic and operational. You will be involved in design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences tailored to cultivate leadership capabilities as well as in programme management. Key workstreams include:
- Curriculum Design : Assist in the development of training frameworks and programme structure aligned with leadership development goals.
- Content Production & Delivery : Support the creation and refinement of learning materials, digital assets, and facilitation toolkits.
- Knowledge Management : Organise, maintain, and update curriculum content, documentation, and resources for internal and client use.
- Training Programme Coordination : Manage scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless delivery of training programmes.
Employment Type
1-year contract, renewable for an additional year; with an initial 3-month probationary period.
Requirements
- Basic degree with 2 years’ experience in curriculum design and content production and delivery, ideally in leadership programmes.
- Skills in project management, communications, training delivery
- Astute yet pragmatic, flexible yet organised/meticulous, resourceful and a team player
