The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Corporate Planning is supporting the development of implementation, execution and monitoring of corporate strategy in line with Vanguard Healthcare's direction and mandates.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, monitoring and review of corporate workplans and strategies, in alignment with Vanguard’s priorities
- Support the design of corporate scorecards and monitor progress
- Monitor and review enterprise risk management indicators, and business continuity plans
- Support briefings to internal and external organisations on Vanguard’s mission, and priorities
- Secretariat duties for internal and external management meetings, including meetings with Board members and internal Vanguard management
Requirements:
- Degree; preferably in Healthcare Administration
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience in healthcare management or healthcare strategic planning
- Direct work experience in a healthcare institution with strategic planning experience will be advantageous
- Strong written and communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and seniority
- Self-motivated and result oriented
