Job Description:
- Work with senior management in reviewing and enhancing People practices, engagement, acquisition, development, retention, and beyond.
- Lead the development and implementation of key People related initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries.
- Review people analytics and derive insights to support core People related decisions.

Identify and analyse industry trends, best practices, and case studies for People related functions.
- Bachelor’s or above educational attainment
- Interest or knowledge in People related topics, e.g., psychology, behavioural science, organisation development, a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and globalized environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to collaborate with regional stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelines.
