Develop and implement sales strategies for our sales office and partners
- To communicate with Sales Office regularly, gather market information, and set effective target with growth, not just following precedents.
- To share the good practice among the Sales Office
Develop and execute marketing activities, strategies and plans
- Study competitors’ product and strategies.
- Research and analyse market trends, collect competitive information, and understand consumer needs
- Communicate well with sales office and partners to align, and to take immediate actions as needed.
To manage and optimize budget operations
- Prepare HQ guideline for all countries
- Align with each sales office and partners through intense discussion
- Create Regional budget taking all the country wise situation in consideration
Reports
- Reporting to management on forecasts or sales results
- Reporting to Canon Japan headquarter on sales results
- Market updates and bridging information exchange among Sales Office
Requirement
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is required
- At least 5 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends
- Demonstrates business sense in identifying areas of improvement for operational costs and maximising of profit
