Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Production Division in aligning business plans with company goals, focusing on growth, resource development, and process improvement.
- Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning for the division.
- Actively participate in company committees and foster team cohesion and discipline.
- Manage internal and external communication effectively, ensuring clear and concise exchanges.
- Lead a team of managers, delegating tasks, managing budgets, and overseeing departmental projects.
- Ensure production operations meet customer requirements, with high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
- Efficiently deploy resources, plan jobs, and liaise with customers and subcontractors.
- Conduct training, evaluate project performance, and continuously improve production processes and work methods.
- Monitor project costs, maintain efficiency, and support the implementation of the IMS system for continuous improvement.
- Perform internal audits, develop production standards, and represent the COO when required.
Minimum Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in Engineering Maintenance Services and 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Own transport preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Weekend availability
