We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support our Relationship Managers in delivering a seamless and exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Onboarding
- Lead the client onboarding process, including preparation, verification, and submission of account documentation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, clarify queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
Operational & Relationship Support
- Provide daily operational support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling, preparing presentations and reports, and handling client instructions.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records, investment portfolios, and transaction history in internal systems.
- Coordinate with custodians, partner banks, and fund managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of investment transactions from initiation to settlement and reconciliation.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Monitor and track activities to ensure compliance with MAS regulations, internal compliance policies, and CMS licensing requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports for regulatory and internal audits.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, Relationship Managers, and operational teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Support the execution of investment strategies, client reviews, and business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential to support client servicing.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
